The Opportunity:
CSR is looking for Finance Business Partners to join our team in North Ryde and Somersby. Become part of a high-performing finance team supporting our thriving brand. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with operations, offering financial insights that drive efficiency and profitability in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
About the role:
- Prepare financial data for reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy of factory ledgers (P&L and Balance Sheets).
- Analyze production costs, plant efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support standard costing and stock control processes.
- Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Drive process improvements in finance and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to WSHE standards and policies.
About you:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.
- CA or CPA certification.
- Background in financial and management accounting, including reporting and analysis (preferably in manufacturing and supply chain).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting software, and spreadsheet tools (SAP & PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries (preferred).
