About the role

The Gyprock Trade Centre Store Manager is a Full-time position, based at our Hendra, QLD store reporting to the Area Manager. We are seeking someone with proven leadership experience, highly focused on safety, great communication and computer skills. Forklift licence and experience is desirable.

In this role you will:

• Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and safety plan.
• Provide customer service and leadership to the team.
• Manage the distribution of products.
• Oversee and coordinate daily store activities.
• Maintain high standards of retail excellence.
• Manage a close-knit team and foster a positive culture on site.

Hours of working are Monday to Friday between 5am-3pm (9 hours shift).
