The Opportunity:
The Warehouse Distribution Centre Supervisor role is a full-time position, based at our Martini site in Villawood, NSW. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you manage the day-to-day warehouse & distribution operations to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence in warehouse and distribution operations. Drive team outcomes by developing people, maintaining assets, improving safety, and supporting financial outcomes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am -2.30pm.
About the role:
- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Liaise with sales, customer service, manufacturing and planning to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement CSR initiatives and drive a continuous improvement culture through collaboration with team and stakeholders.
- Build & maintain excellence in the CSR strategies safety & sustainability, customer centric, streamlined organisation, transformation & growth, high performance teams.
- Work with the inventory team to assist with cycle counts & stocktakes as per CSR Inventory policy.
- A Forklift Licence is essential to perform duties within the warehouse/logistics department.
