About the role

The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Unanderra, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre, and you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

 In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
• To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
• Stock movements and the maintenance of stock
• Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements
• Unloading inbound orders of stock
• Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
• Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
• Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping

Your hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 3pm. Every 2^nd Saturday from 7am-11am paid as overtime.

About you:

• Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.

• Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.

• Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
• Contribute to a constructive and innovative workplace culture
