About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on DC Supervisor to lead our day shift team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and enjoys working closely with customer service and warehouse teams.

7 AM – 3 PM, Mon-Fri (some OT)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise a team of forklift operators (no forklift operation required)
• Coordinate orders, stock, and dispatch with customer service teams
• Oversee daily operations in an outdoor, high-activity warehouse
• Help drive efficiency, planning, and team performance

 

What You Bring:

• Experience in FMCG, warehousing, or complex environments
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks & problem-solve under pressure
• SAP experience is a plus
