About the role
The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Rockingham, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will:
- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers.
- To assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse and in store.
- Stock movements and the maintenance of stock.
- Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
- Unloading inbound orders of stock.
- Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required.
- Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
A forklift licence is required to perform duties within the warehouse.
